Thank you for being a participant Eat In The Street on Saturday, April 6, 2019. The event will run from 7pm -10pm. Reminder tables are set for no more than 8. To ensure everyone has a pleasurable experience at the event, we ask that you adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1.        No vehicles will be allowed on West Indiana from Florida Avenue to Woodland Blvd.

 

2.       Access into the event area will not be permitted until 4:30 p.m. Set up will be from 4:30 -7pm. Judging will take place from 7-8 pm.

 

3.       All activity must remain on the street. No tables, tents, chairs, decorations, or serving apparatus are allowed on the sidewalks. Alcohol must remain on Indiana Avenue or North Florida Avenue in front of the theater. 

  1. Decorations are limited to  your assigned table location. There will be no room to expand to outside of this permitted area. Candles, smokers, grills, large cooking apparatus or fire of any kind are prohibited.

 

  1. If you are competing in the table decoration contest, your table number must remain visible until judging is finished.

 

  1. Removal or modification of the table provided for the event is prohibited. If you do not wish to use the white tablecloth provided, please simply fold it and place it under your table.

 

  1. The event will officially conclude at 10 p.m. Event and city staff have a great deal of work to accomplish in order to clean the event area and prepare the avenue to be reopened. Please be respectful of the 10 p.m. event end time and clear your items from the avenue by 11 pm.

 

  1. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning on March 14, 2019 at 5:00pm at The Elusive Grape.

 

  1. If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, half of your table payment will be refunded.
