Based on Little Orphan Annie by permission of The Media Tribune Services, Inc.
Winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, this beloved show features the charming story of an orphaned waif longing for her family who must be out there (“Maybe”) and features delightful songs, including the Broadway smash hit, “Tomorrow.” Triumphing over evil in the guise of Miss Hannigan and finding a family for herself and ALL the orphanage’s inmates, Annie brings a music laden message of hope, joy, and generosity to light up all of our holidays.
Run time: 2 hours, 30 minutes, plus a 15-minute intermission

“Was delighted with this show! “Annie” is a big production and the Athens adapted it beautifully with astonishingly creative sets and very good choreography. The ten year old star has a HUGE voice for such a young performer. I sat with her mother and a group of friends at the Sunday matinee which made it a double delight to learn a bit of her background. Definitely recommend the show.”
