Students will perform a fully-staged production of the musical, ANNIE KIDS!
Our production camps are here to give your young artist an opportunity to perform a fully staged show. During camp, students will experience the audition process, learn choreography, music, lines, and more while working with a script and rehearsing for the production. It will end with two performances in the historic Athens Theatre.
SYNOPSIS:
Winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, this beloved show features the charming story of an orphaned waif longing for her family who must be out there (“Maybe”) and features delightful songs, including the Broadway smash hit, “Tomorrow.” Triumphing over evil in the guise of Miss Hannigan and finding a family for herself and ALL the orphanage’s inmates, Annie Kids brings a music-laden message of hope, joy, and generosity.
