The Athens Theatre invites you to come enjoy Natural Woman–a premier tribute to legendary singer/songwriter Carole King. Backed by a full, all-female band, Professional Orlando-based piano entertainer Katie Pinder Brown plays and sings live the iconic songs that defined a generation.
These are all the classic favorites you’ve loved since the ’60s and ’70s, like the groundbreaking “Brill Building” chart-topping pop mega hits conceived in a tiny Times Square cubicle, the timeless tunes you know by heart but possibly never knew Carole created, and of course the masterpieces from the record-shattering phenomenon Tapestry, the emblem of the singer/songwriter era that solidified Carole King’s position as a trailblazing woman to watch. The same music that electrifies the smash Broadway musical Beautiful: The Carole King Musical will invigorate and comfort Natural Woman audiences as if they were guests in the artist’s living room.
