PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS
Athens Theatre Youth Academy is happy to offer Private Dance Lessons for ages 8 – adult.
Dance lessons will focus on the techniques of multiple styles of dance including jazz, ballet, and musical theatre. All lessons begin with a physical warm up to ensure proper health and avoid injury. During a student’s first lesson, Ms. Caitlin will assess the student’s current dance level. Throughout your lessons, you will work on strengthening the skills you have while introducing new ones, improving your overall style and technique. Lessons are sure to be exciting and specialized for each individual. All students are invited to perform at the end of semester showcase.
Lessons are one per week and times are scheduled on an individual basis. Ages 8 – Adult.
We offer the following options for weekly lessons:
Four 30-minute lessons: $100
Four 45-minute lessons: $150
Four 60-minute lessons: $200

Ms. Caitlin has been a performer with the Athens Theatre since 2018. During this time, she has been in many shows including The Wedding Singer, Holiday Inn, 9 To 5, and most recently in Mamma Mai!. She received her professional training as a ballet dancer with the Orlando Ballet and Nashville Ballet. Now, Caitlin is a full-time performer at Universal Studios Orlando, seen in multiple shows throughout the parks, and has recently accepted a dance contract with a contemporary company in Orlando. Being a teacher has always been a part of her life, and it is one of her favorite things to do. She loves to see the young dancers learn and grow into the performer that they want to become. She teaches many styles of dance including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, conditioning, and technique within musical theatre.
