INTRO TO TAP DANCE

Tap Dancing is for everyone! Using your feet, you can make different sounds and rhythms tomusic. Students will learn basic steps, enhance their rhythm and musicality skills, and learn a short tap routine with techniques that are used in many Broadway musical theater productions. For the beginning tapper AND those with some experience.

No tap shoes required!

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed toed athletic shoes. (no flip flops.)

***Tuition is due at time of registration to secure your child’s place in class.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All refunds for withdrawals incur a $5 administrative fee per workshop.

  • The theatre must be notified in writing of any withdrawals no less than 24hours prior to to scheduled workshop. .CLICK HERE TO CONTACT
  • If a child withdraws or is a no-show the day of the program, no refunds will be issued. The exception is for a medical reason, which requires a physician’s note.

The Athens Theatre reserves the right to alter or cancel scheduled programs as necessary. If a program is cancelled, a full refund of the cancelled program’s tuition is issued.

Workshops will take place at the Athens Theatre Rehearsal & Education Hall.
